1. The service

Mesalist is a platform for creating digital QR code menus for restaurants and food businesses.

2. Account

To use the service you must create an account with truthful data. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for the content you publish.

3. Plans and payments

The Base plan is free with the limits shown on the pricing page. The Premium plan is a recurring monthly or yearly subscription handled by Stripe and cancellable at any time.

4. AI features

Artificial intelligence features are available only with the paid profile. Generated results can be edited by the user before publication.

5. Proper use

You may not use the service for illegal, misleading or third-party-infringing content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruptions. Mesalist is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
