The data controller is Easy Seven Digital (VAT No. IT03066810908), which operates the Mesalist platform. For any request, contact info@mesalist.eu.

2. Data collected

We collect data provided during registration and use of the service: name, email, hashed password, restaurant details, menus, dishes, descriptions, prices, allergens, uploaded photos and essential technical data such as IP address, access logs and language preferences.

3. Purposes

Data is processed to create and manage your account, publish the digital menu, generate QR codes, manage subscriptions, send service communications, improve platform security and comply with legal obligations.

4. Artificial intelligence

AI features are available only with the paid profile. When you use AI, the text you enter may be sent to external technical providers to generate or translate menu content. Do not enter sensitive data in prompts.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details do not pass through and are not stored on our servers. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy for more information.

6. Data retention

Data is stored for the duration of the account and, where necessary, for periods required by tax, accounting or security obligations. You can request account deletion by writing to info@mesalist.eu.

7. User rights

You may request access, correction, update, restriction or deletion of your data, as well as portability where provided by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

8. Cookies

Mesalist uses technical cookies needed for login, session management and language preference. We do not use advertising profiling cookies. Details are shown in the Cookie Policy section below.

9. Cookie Policy

Technical cookies keep the session active, remember the selected language and store the closure of the information banner. These cookies are necessary and do not require prior consent.
